The phlebotomists and the front and back office staff, including billing, are outstanding! These are caring and highly trained professionals, even in these support positions.I did not see the doctor on this visit but I did see the nurse practitioner who was kind and listened patiently and was helpful. I must say this is the tightest ship of a doctor's office I've ever been to in my life!Every single interaction is one of caring patience, positivity, and professionalism. I highly recommend this place for hematology or any services that they provide.

An extremely kind and intelligent doctor!
There are some doctors you actually look forward to seeing. He is really interested in your concerns, very thorough and will research, if necessary, your questions. He is among one of the best!

In addition to experiencing health issues, a scheduled visit at a cancer center can be very stressful. Hoping for the best, but not knowing what to expect after lab work can add to the stress. However, Dr. Chu and his entire office staff are always so caring and efficient, and the wait time is always short.

Professional, soft spoken, compassionate man
I’m a nurse and have known his name and specialty over years of wording, however didn’t realize that I would be sitting in his office as a Patient one day? But glad to have him on my side!
