I'd give him less stars if I could
I came into urgent care today for persistent coughing and wheezing following a cold. I was worried it was something more because my cold was gone but my cough and wheezing was getting worse. I told him I'd been prescribed an inhaler and that it wasn't working. I sat in the exam room after my vitals were taken for at least 45 minutes, after which Dr. Juarez came in and began to ask me questions about my symptoms. He asked me twice if I had a history of asthma, which both times I told him no. Right off the bat he made me feel like he wasn't listening to me.In the end he prescribed me antibiotics and steroids, told me my lungs didn't sound like it was pneumonia, and told me to keep using the inhaler that wasn't working for me. All the while, he spoke to me like I was stupid and was dismissive. When I went to leave he just stood there at the computer and gave a hollow goodbye while I let myself out and wandered to find the exit. I'll specifically be requesting not to see him next time.

Bad manners
Dr. Juarez has no bed side manners. He is dismissive and invalidates concerns. His tone comes across as condescending. Needs to work on being more compassionate with his patients.

Cannot Recommend
Doesn’t truly reflect respect and dignity towards patients many times. Seems short with people, and stressed out in general.
