My family has been seeing Dr. Lopez for a while now. And they've never complained about him. But we can NEVER get through to speak to anyone. Just recently my parents had to drive to the office because they could not get a hold of anyone. I left a message this week and we got a call back AT 6PM! I tried calling back, 2 seconds after and was closed. I never leave a bad review but after trying to get in contact with the office and receiving a call at 6pm when already closed, it's very frustrating.

This office is a joke & the staff are anything but friendly. I leave vm after vm for Dr. Lopez's RN & she refuses to return any of my calls. Everytime I have an appointment I have to sit in the waiting room for a whole hr past my appointment time which is absolutely ridiculous!! I've been coming here for yrs & the customer service is going right down the toilet! Why go into health care if u don't plan on helping patients when they're actual sick!?!?!? Also ur referral process needs alot ofwork!
