Dr. Luis Magdaleno, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Magdaleno for years. He's always been good. This review is about his staff. I scheduled an appointment for a physical. They gave me a 3 month waiting appointment. Said there was nothing till 3 months later. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, well on Friday They called and said he wasn't available. I waited 3 months. Then I tried to reschedule and the said he wasn't available.

Dr. Magdaleno has been our doctor for a few years and we find him to be extremely knowledgeable, well connected in the medical communicty, kind, helpful and willing to listen. He had proactive, practial wellness ideas to improve my health in natural ways and clearly had deep deep medical wisdom. With the current covid environment, I was impressed with the care that went into allowing me to enter the office today. I was stopped at the door, given strict instructions, given a new mask to wear after the usual questions and temperature. It was a little thing that made me confident that my health and their health was respected and that they take this highly contageous virus very seriously.

Not a good dr , when I tell him how I feel he doesn’t write things down, he just says walked out , I tell him and then , I tell him but I told you this last time ? He said it’s not in my notes, you always tell me the same thing , he never writes thing down, I will definitely be switching Dr , What’s the point of having a dr and doesn’t remember the last appointment for what I came in to see him ?

Dr. Magdaleno was very thorough with me as his patient. He explains everything in detail to me, and I just went in for my 50 year physical. He explained why he was ordering each vial of blood work on me. I feel very comfortable and confidence on his ability as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Magdaleno.
