Dr. Luis Mejia Perez, MD

This is by far the worse doctor's office I have ever dealt with. When I call, 99% they put me on hold and never come back to the phone and when I call back I guess they are able to see my number and they don't answer. Horrible service! Do not go to any of their offices, they are REALLY BAD! If you have the ability to choose another doctor in your network, do that. You will avoid a lot of headaches and dealing with this people,

Personnel rude, receptionist bad attitude. Inability to arrange an appointment.

Horrible office staff at the Corona office. Gaby V is so insensitive and rude makes decisions for the providers. I asked to leave a message for the doctor and she said I have to make an another appointment after leaving the office 20 minutes prior. Meanwhile my mom who's the patient has kidney failure and refused to ask the doctor for a referral to see a specialist. If you value your life do not be a patient here, because staff makes decisions not the doctors.

Dr. Perez by far has had my loyalty when I used to do my visits at his Corona office. The Corona staff was great!!! Unfortunately, I had to transfer my network to his Pomona office in order to keep Dr. Perez as primary doctor. My 1st visit to Pomona was my last. His staff was rude. Accused me of being late and demanded I reschedule. When I ask to speak to Dr.Perez...I was threatened by " Sandra" that if I didn't sit down and wait...I would be escorted out.I highly recommend you go anywhere but .
