A great physician!
I took my father to Dr. Mignucci with a diagnosis of central cord compression syndrome. My father was inmediately better right after the surgery. I can confidently say that Dr. Mignucci's care is pristine. He was very through with my father. His PA was wonderful as well as his office staff. Dr. Mignucci was recommended to us by another physician colleague of mine. I am forever grateful for his care towards my father.

Anterior Cervical Discectomy Fusion Surgery
April 2023 I had ACDF surgery to hopefully relieve numbness and pain in my hand. The pain in my neck was minimal. Fast forward one year and I had extreme pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I never had that much pain prior to surgery. I called and told them I wanted to make appointment, since he was my surgeon, and when they realized what the problem was, they said they didn’t accept my new insurance. I checked and they do, in fact, take my insurance. I was not given the truth about my original diagnosis and now they refuse to see me. I wouldn’t trust this doctor.

15 months ago I had to have 6 more levels fused and it was disastrous. The minute I woke up from surgery I had numbness in my right upper leg. I was told this was normal and would resolve. During surgery Dr. Mignucci tore the dura (spinal leak) and I had to lay on my back for the first 48 hours post op. I was never informed the consequences of the leak. At every follow up Brian PA assured me the numbness and now pain in my right upper leg was “normal after surgery and would go away. Fast forward to 8 months ago. Because of continuing severe back pain and the right leg problem I went to see a different neurosurgeon. He said I had broken hardware and question why Dr. Mignucci had taken so much bone out of critical areas in my back. He said my back was very unstable, and I had to have a revision of. T10-S1. He told me that the dural tear and manipulation of the nerve root was most likely why I had the numbness , weakness and stinging of my right upper leg. He informed me that although he needed to do the revision he could not guarantee he could fix the nerve problem in my right leg as he thinks it was permanently damaged. After the second surgery the back pain is better, but the leg is still weak. An EMG of my right leg did show motor and sensory damage to my leg which was permanent. I do not recommend Dr. Mignucci or his staff as they wete negligent in my healthcare. I have been in physical therapy for six months. His mistake caused me depression and anxiety and has cost me thousands of dollars out of my pocket. I made a formal complaint 4 months ago to Methodist Hospital for Surgery in Addison, Texas, and they have yet to contact me with results.

I had 360 back surgery November 2019. Obviously problems during surgery, surgery to last five hours but ended up 10 hours in operation room. Had to have two blood transfusions. Drop foot immediately after surgery, even with physical therapy to no avail. I cannot walk, depression is a constant battle. I am in an assisted living community. I have no life.

Terrible! Did he alleviate my pain? Yes. However, what was once a fairly flat, toned, and muscular abdomen, for which I worked very hard, was left totally flaccid and exceedingly paunchy. The muscle is completely gone. No mention of this possibility was provided ahead of time. And yes, I did all of the usual post-surgery physical therapy. Even after years of consistent effort and weight loss, no amount of exercise has any effect on this potbellied abdomen. I really regret ever coming to this practice. STAY AWAY from this guy!!!

Dr Mignucci is a very nice person, who genuinely cares, his PA Heather and Brian are amazing and efficient. My wife had developed Scoliosis and could not move or simply turn herself to get in bed. 8 months later she is mowing the grass cleaning house, and living life.

I went in telling the Dr everything had to be done by the end of the year and was told no problem. I ask if they were in my network told no problem. I was billed out of network by his office and told by the doctor if I had said I couldn't go out of network he would not have done the surgery. They changed my app so many times and after this terrible surgery I had no physical therapy because they didn't set it up in time and my Insurance would not pay because it was a new year.

The staff members here are terribly unprofessional, especially Isabel. The billing department, front office & PA staff are inefficient. The PA's do not return messages. Doctor Mignucci ought to pay closer attention to his staff members and his operation here if his goal is to have a professional representation of himself and his business. If your staff members are telling your patients they cannot touch base with you that is 100% complete nonsense, not to mention it's downright disrespectful.
