We are new to the area and we were blown away by the entire staff at this office. New patient appointments are understandably a little far out time wise but when I relayed that one of my children had a health condition I received a call out of the blue the following day offering an appointment for my son in 2 days. My daughter will have to wait but wow, I was impressed from the start. Then they made an accommodation for us when we arrived at our appointment that they didn’t need to but I was so grateful for. The wait was super short and into the room to see the doc. Even more impressive. He was amazing. My son is a very quiet, reserved, shy 10 yr old and Dr Montes had him relaxed and laughing with him within 5 minutes. I was amazed. I just sat back in awe. This man obviously has a way with children, even including my 6 year old daughter next to me all joking together and laughing but getting all the information he needed along the way. First thing the kids say as we leave? I like him!!
