Noted in my visit summary in chart that I was under no distress & breathing was normal. I was crying to the point of sobbing & shaking from pain & actually SHORT of breath- twas the reason I even went to the ER. He failed to order bloodwork or ANY tests, save a urinalysis & chest CT, which showed a broken rib. Having prior knowledge that I ALREADY had a Rx for a narcotic due to a spine fractured in several places- I'd volunteered this info to let them know how serious my current pain was as it was not being relieved at all), this man still chose to send me home with a Rx for 12 NSAID -type meds. I pray that he nor anyone he loves ever experiences the level of pain and physical illness he left me in today. Ibalso pray that he gets some education before damaging any other patients.
