Thorough and extremely competent
Dr. Salazar reviewed recent lab results and explained those that needed explaining. He also listened carefully as I described an ongoing problem and offered solutions.

unethical
part 2 Also his business manager (Carlos), what a joke. He is like in his mid 20s and think he can talk to patients like he has been in the medical field for so long, he is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT which is understandable due to his age. He hung up on me on mid sentence of asking a question due to his lack of knowledge in the field (which I don't understand how they have someone in that position with no experience but now that I think of it, it because its cheaper to hire someone young and unknowledgeable rather than someone with that background/experience). I feel sorry for the Hispanic community that don't really know what's going on here, if you are looking for your parents or family members a new PCP DO NOT COME HERE. Look at all the reviews that this place has, the negative outweighs the positive ones. There are many other Hispanic providers that can care for your relatives. Again, please save you money, time, energy and most importantly your health. This place is NOT good.

HORRIBLE- STAY AWAY!!! Want to only see a physician assistant but be charged like your seing a Dr? Come here! Wait a hour past appointment time? COME HERE! Want to be ripped off & charged extra for anything they can find to bill in addition to the actual visit? Come here! Want Daisy or Bianca in billing to talk to you like they're on Jerry Springer? Then come here! If not- stay away! Honestly not sure how they haven't been shut down! Incompetant, uneducated staff!! Rude and nickel and dime you!!

Very poor responsiveness. I recently chose him as my primary care physician, but will be looking elsewhere. They sent me for an MRI, but the referral did not specify what was needed. I took a day off work to get the MRI, and after waiting two hours they never sent the clinic the correct referral, and now I have to reschedule and take off work again.

I recently changed my primary physician because Dr Luis Salazar office is close by; however, I very much regret it. It has been a sour experience from the beginning. There is a huge issue with communication in his office. Most the staff at the reception and billing are rude. The doctors are mainly physician assistants. Don't be surprised if they try to charge you double for your visit, keep a good eye on your bill statements. Overall bad costumer service... Looking to switch doctor again.
