Communication
Everything ok but there is no way I can communicate with his office it’s imposible. I received a call for confirmation but I was driving and couldn’t answer. They say in message that if I don’t confirm my appointment will be canceled. I have no way to call this office.

Horrible didn’t hear my complaints, asked me to leave the office or be escorted by security for complaining about the treatment.

Zero sympathy for patients and office staff are very incompetent. They told me it was normal to loose hearing, being in pain because of pressure in my ear by wax. NO is NOT normal! I would not recommend this doctor.
