I have had great experiences with Dr. McWhorter. He is very kind and approachable and was thorough during the first visit, making me feel like he really listened and understood my situation. Since then, he's been great at managing my care. Also, he and the clinic have been extremely responsive during the COVID crisis times. The office has set up and refined telehealth visit options and drive up testing. Dr. McWhorter has been prompt about returning portal messages and phone messages left with the staff. I have definitely gotten the care I need from this office and Dr. McWhorter, despite it being a challenging time.

Dr. Lukas McWhorter is the absolute WORST medical professional I have ever experienced in my life. It is going on SIX WEEKS since I severely injured my back. Dr. McWhorter will not return my calls and will not refer me for an MRI. I am 36 years old and am forced to use a walker or a cane to get around. It took a trip to the emergency room to finally get medical help. The ER doctor insisted Dr. McWhorter order an MRI. He still wont. I have never been at such a loss for words.

Saw Dr. McWhorter on Friday 2:45 pm for abdominal pain. He was great!! Very nice and caring physician, did exam and ordered labs and said he woud have results Monday and would let me know results one way or the other. Monday morning at 9:30 am, Erica called afer he reviewed my report to let me know the results and that he was ordering some more tests and that we would touch base after the tests were done. Great service!! Thanks.

Dr. McWhorter is a friendly doctor who listens and seemsgenuinely concerned about patients. Making an appt. is not difficult. The office is iextremely clean and the staff is very friendly. All this is good and gets a thumbs up. The follow up is another matter- I wish I could review Centura because i believe that's where the problem lies. I waited almost 3 weeks for my colonoscopy referrals and then decided to call- they obviously forgot. I called and rec'd one referral - even though we agreed on

Dr. McWhorter has been my primary care doctor for a few years now. Late last December I had shingles and Dr. McWhorter and his nurse Liz were able to diagnose me right away and get on the proper medication before it got worse and spread. I was so thankful! Every time I go in they are so nice and kind every when its just for an occasional cold. I feel that I have finally found a family doctor. Highly recommend Dr. McWhorter and his staff.
