She forgot her oath as a physician
I'll be filling an ethics complaint against this practice after being a patient for nearly 11 years. Not to bore with the details, but read the negative reviews. It's all the information you need

I saw Dr Tsai for a TMS therapy evaluation. I found her to be very pleasant and thorough in her evaluation of my condition. As well, I found her staff to be friendly and accommodating. Do not believe negative reviews.

Uncomfortable experience
I was referred for med management . 25 years old and have always struggled with mental health. I took the initiative to seek help. This doctor literally made me feel super uncomfortable. Her facial expressions and responses showed that she honestly didn’t care about anything that I had going on. I explained my symptoms etc. and she told me that I’m stressed out and she doesn’t understand why I’m thinking the way that I am because typically something has to happen in your life.. symptoms don’t appear out of nowhere. I explained that I’ve had no changes and she’s like “Yeah I don’t know here’s another dr.’s info and I’ll see you in 2 months? Ok. Goodluck. It’s nice that you’re seeking psychiatric care and that you notice these changes.. bye bye now.” Not to mention, towards the end of the visit she started asking me if I was aware of the date, the time, my location, the president… I’m like lady,I don’t have dementia. It was weird, uncomfortable, unprofessional and she’s judgmental

Unprofessional, I went on vacation and had fallen down a flight of stairs had a concussion, torn ligiments, a broken hand and was wearing a sling; so I called to request a telehealth appt. She agreed to it, was over an hr late for the appt, couldn't get the visual to see me but we could text and she heard me talking. Because she couldn't see me she had me hang up and try again this happened 3 times and then hung up on me and told me to reschedule and she wasn't filling my scripts until she saw me (my scripts were due on Friday this was Tuesday) She finally had Pamela call them in on Friday. I did make that appt and when she saw me, she had no recelection of any of this because the first thing she said to me was "oh how are you we haven't talked since October." I was floored needless to say and asked to talk to her supervisor. She called and placed me with an ARNP, she was ok but the bad taste was already there. I have found a new place to go now and Tuesday is my last visit there.

HORRIBLE Staff and Office
The staff at Dr.Tsai’s office are some of the worst I have ever come across. They NEVER answer phone calls or respond to voicemails even though they say they’ll “get back to you within 1-2 days”, good luck it’ll be over a week. Staff is also extremely rude and unprofessional if you ever do get ahold of them. They don’t take prescription refills from the pharmacy, so it takes weeks to get ahold of the office for a refill. If you care about your mental health, DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE FOR HELP!

I started seeing Dr. Tsai to make sure my medications didn't have interactions. I'm recovering from breast cancer and I was prescribed an antidepressant to help with depression and hot flashes. I called my refill into my pharmacy on a Monday and on the Friday before the 4th of July, I called the pharmacy and they said that they couldn't get a response from the Dr. I ended up going through withdrawals through the holiday and the hurricane that followed. Come to find out that I did not have a follow-up appt scheduled and that was their reasoning. I was unaware that I didn't have an appt. No one had reached out and they never ever responded to the pharmacy. This tells me that this dr does not care about my well being and I never want to feel trapped like that again.

Staff hung up on me while trying to get information about my prescription refill. Very unprofessional and rude. When I withdrawal or lose my job I'm sure she will pay my rent right? Lulu
