Dr. Kwan is a very professional, caring doctor who does not give up on her patients, She went to great lengths to find a surgeon who would do a bowel resection one me and remove a possible tumor. It took a number of tries to find Dr. Greg Garcia to perform the surgery, The outcome was positive and she continues to follow my healthcare needs, I have complete confidence in her.

I was a patient of hers when the physician was an internist with Pres. For years, I had "presented" with symptoms that indicated a serious autoimmune condition that was escalating. In 2009, I begged her to help me find out what might have caused a spinal lesion removed in 2007, and she told me I needed a psychiatrist. This one note in my medical record has resulted in years of useless health care and alt-care expenses with no treatment in sight.
