He will take your money without helping you
I went for an FAA 3rd class medical. He completed my exam and deferred me after saying I'll give it to people when they have problems but I'm not with you. Then he said to call back if I have any issues. The front desk lady Leah was nothing but rude and unhelpful. Refusing me the help that was promised. I was supposed to have documents scanned because the patient can't do that and she downright refused and told me to stop calling, that they are done with me, and hung up. This was again, after explicitly saying they would scan in documents for me after denying me my medical. I do not think this is a good environment for aspiring aviators and no one should have to go through this again.

Been going to Dr. Grant for the past four years. He has an "Executive" practice, which is a sort of concierge style. A small fee beyond what I pay for health insurance, and I get in with same-day appointments, extended face time with the doctor, and no wait to be seen. Definitely knows his medicine, how to listen, and find the most conservative approach to rendering a treatment plan. Highly recommend him !
