Like everyone else.. Scheduling is terrible!
I'd like to preface this by saying that I was already ready going in eyes wide open, knowing that things had a high probability of not going smoothly, as I had read several reviews mentioning that she had cancelled appointments on the day of which she did. You would really hope that a surgeon is reliable, especially in such a critical field. This kind of behavior doesn't really instill confidence and taking time off to try again isn't an option worth taking. I am interviewing multiple surgeons… and just wanted others to beware!

Great experience!!
Dr. Chung and her staff were very professional and kind all the way through the appointments before, surgery and follow up appointments afterwards. They filled out my insurance and work leave paperwork promptly and stayed in a great communication with me. I was in very good hands and am very happy with the results.

Wasted everyone's time.
I tried to make an appointment a year ago. Booked a consult for a month out, she canceled the day before. Booked again for another month out, canceled again. I went with another surgeon. Now, a year later, I'm not happy with the results, so I booked an appointment and was very clear with the receptionist that this was for a revision surgery. Canceled again the day before. Finally get in, she listens to me for 10 minutes talk about what I want fixed, showed her before and after photos, etc. She agreed that things were done incorrectly, only to then abruptly say that she doesn't do revisions and I should go back to the incompetent doctor and trust them with my face again, instead of, at the barest minimum, recommending someone else. If you don't do revisions, why do you let your receptionist book those type of consults and waste everyone's time?! I felt that all of my concerns were completely invalidated by her impatience (you accepted the appointment! ) and tone deaf suggestion.

Dr Chung has the worst customer service I have ever seen. After waiting to see her for over an hour, she comes through the curtain and asks how can she help me. Well, duh, why am I here -review the chart. I spent 20 minutes filling it out. She was quite condescending and really rubbed me the wrong way. Don't bother with this one and move on fast!!!

Good plastic surgery should not look like you've had plastic surgery. It should look like you, only refreshed, rejuvenated, and naturally beautiful.
