Dr. Hickey is a horrible provider. Every time I’ve visited her she has downplayed my issues and refuses to take what I’m saying into consideration. I had to insist on getting bloodwork done during my initial appointment as I’ve been struggling with medical issues for awhile now. During my most recent appointment she was rushing me (because she was running late) and ended the appointment before I could even discuss all my issues with her. Upon bringing up my increased levels of anxiety she told me to “google it” to find ways to deal with it because she would not prescribe me medication. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

I've seen Dr. Hickey for 20 years and have been very happy; so much that I recommended my husband also switch to see her. She always spends as much time as is needed, checking in on changes in my life and my health as well as the reason for the visit. She is the only doctor I know who READS THE CHART and knows my information/history better than I do! I particularly appreciate that Dr. Hickey treats me as a collaborator, explaining options, giving her advice, nudging me sometimes, but allowing final decisions to be mine. I've always found the office very responsive and helpful, wait times to be reasonable. My husband has been very happy with her, too -- a vast improvement over the other doctors he's seen.

Two times I’ve waiting over 50 mins she said she couldn’t see me once and gave me bad attitude when she usually was nice to other people and then second time waited 50 mins at lunch and all they said was sorry and I didn’t even want to reschedule keeps u waiting multiple times over 50 mins while others are seen and taken care of
