In prior years Dr. Keenan was a good dr with an accommodating staff. She now has too large of a patient base and often uses interns to care for patients. When a patient complains about staff being rude she chastises you. The staff lies to the dr to save face. She cannot provide much more care than a cpap machine most likely to protect her license. She has a difficult time with multiple diagnoses and tries to manipulate you verbally in order to not treat you with the proper care.

The fact that is took the front office 7 days to schedule me made me think I should give fewer than 5 stars, but I told Dr. Keenan about it, and she assured me she would talk to the staff. As for Dr. Keenan, 5 stars in every way! What impressed me first was her compassion and understanding. She wanted to understand what was going on with me. She is also willing to try natural approaches to sleep, such as Vitamin E, magnesium, and cognitive behavioral sleep therapy. Thank you, Dr. Keenan!

I suffered for years with excessive sleepiness, Dr Keenan diagnosed me with Sleep Apnea, I was frightened of using the cpap. It took me several years to overcome the fear with Dr Keenans kind understanding support. I had to keep her involved because Drs. do no know whats going on if you do not make an appointment and go in and tell them. Two of my children also suffer from sleep disorders, she works very hard to help all of us, because we all have complicated sleep issues. We love her!

Dr. Keenan is very kind and listens to my needs/concerns without rush. I have no trouble scheduling to see her and she always responds to calls/messages very quickly. She works hard to help me and is always looking for new or different ways to help me improve. I recommend her to everyone I come across who may need her services. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!

Although you may continue to suffer from sleeplessness, Dr. Keenan doesn't really seem to have any other plan beyond placing patient's on a cpap. When a patient calls to ask for a phone call back because they are still not sleeping, Dr. Keenan does not return phone calls, nor does her staff. Dr. Keenan gave me a prescription that my pharmacist told me most likely would not work (Rite Aid). Finally, I asked for a copy of my records and a referral to a specialist from my primary care physician.
