Dr. Messner is very thorough with her medical screens. She is very friendly and helpful and will explain things you want to have done. She also has excellent referrals if you need something to help evaluate your medical condition. Dr. Messner has called me if there is a problem and helps resolve it. I recently had a problem that could have gotten out of control and she wasted no time to make sure I got what I needed. Yes, I would recommend her to someone.

The is the absolute worst staff I have every encountered. Just to make and appointment takes forever. You can never talk to anyone and they NEVER return your phone calls. The problem is compounded by the fact that she will not allow you to do your blood work before coming in to see her. Thus, you need to go through the hassle of getting two appointments. I like the doctor but she needs to get a staff the is responsive. This is nothing new for me since I have been seeing her for over five years

NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. ITS TAKING ME 3 WEEKS TO GET A REFILL TO MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. IF I HAD ANOTHER DR. TO GO TO I WOULD. BUT ITS SO LIMITED HERE IN PALM DESERT. OFFICE APPOINTMENTS ARE GOOD. NO LONG WAITING TIME. JUST TOUGH ON THE PHONE CALLS.
