Felt like cattle
Ran thru the office like cattle at the slaughterhouse. Very poor explanations, very little time spent with the doctor. He immediately put me on an unaffordable medication with no explanation as to why when there were cheaper alternatives. Terrible experience

Not only is Dr.Ambari an excellent and compassionate doctor, he is a great advocate for his patients. When we needed a facility with equipment that wasn’t available locally but was needed immediately, he made a referral. The facility he referred us to scheduled us many weeks ahead. When he found out, he made sure we were re-contacted for an immediate appointmernt date and time. He takes his patient’s welfare very personally.

Great listener. He asked a lot of pertinent questions and resolve my lower intestinal problems that had plagued me for years in spite of consulting with other gastroenterologists. I would recommend him to anybody. He is well trained and has a lot of experience.

Wonderful doctor, VERY thorough exam and discussion. Wait was very long but the physician apologized for the wait and these things do happen. Have complete confidence in this physician and have already recommended him to friends.

Dr. Anbari is a kind and compassionate person but also a wonderful GI doctor. I have been going to him for many years and he is always able to listen to my concerns and give feedback that I can use for daily living. I would highly recommend him as one of the best GI Physicians in Cookeville, TN. The only issue is that he is so good and highly recommended, it is very difficult to get an appointment to see him.
