my first visit went well and i considered making him my primary care doctor. my last 2 visits were rushed and he had an attitude for no reason. the office staff is horrible. after calling many times my prescription was not filled and i suffered withdrawals. after trying to discuss this issue i was again treated with attitude. i will never go back even if i'm dying in their parking lot.

Awful!
This alleged Dr has a filthy office area, and has refused to release medical information to the patient. In my opinion, this doctor should be stripped of the right to practice. During a visit, the staff asked for no medical history of the patient, which is obviously pertinent to treating a patient. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. If I could give negative stars, I would.

What has happened?
For over ten years I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan. I always appreciated his honest and straight forward mannerisims as my primary physician. With the past year (Summer 2021-Summer 2022), I’ve noticed changes that have made me consider that maybe it was time to switch doctors. Almost his entire front office and medical team were new, much younger than prior long term staff, and we’re more mechanically than personable with patience interactions. Also, his “co-pay“ policy was changing from time to time depending on staffing. Today, when following up on lab reports earlier in the week, I was told I needed to pay a co-pay, I was confused because I didn’t recall having to pay a copay for a bloodwork follow up appointment. I was also told there was no-copay if I had a follow up appointment within 72 hours. I mentioned I was not informed of this “new” policy when making my appointment. I asked the manger, Kim who was informing me of these changes, that since I didn’t bring any forms

My wife came In with crushing chest pain she wanted to Dr.Sullivan because he markets his practice as an urgent care. Long story short she was treated with attitude and told she would have to wait 4 hrs to be seen because they were “busy” with covid tests. Me and wife are both Registered Nurses so we know what is proper attentive medical care . She did not receive any care but did receive rude comments by the staff and lots of eye rolling :) cleared her chest pain right up just kidding. This isn’t the first problem we have had with Sullivan’s office the last problem was them trying to charge me double for my visit when I had already paid again met by rude staff who claimed it wasn’t an error then she hung up only to call back 10 mins later saying it was a mistake on their end with no apology if I could leave 0 stars I would

Never coming back – Dec 18, 2021

I have to say, reading the negative comments is mind blowing, I am sorry to hear of these experiences. When I saw Dr. Sullivan he took his time with me, listened to me and any questions or concerns I had and answered them very patiently. When my blood work came in, I was called to go in and one of the other doctors/PA went over it with me noting any of Dr. Sullivans comments. Bottom line Dr. Sullivan is a caring, patient and down to earth caregiver.

We are new to the area and I needed a new Primary Care Dr. I have been making appointments with Dr Sullivan's office for over a year now for basic physical/bloodwork/prescription needs. Each visit was with a staff member (nurse? PA?). I have never met or spoken with this doctor. Even called to ask for results of recent blood work and never a call back. Baffling.

Dr. Sullivan is the best. most caring general medical doctor I have ever been to. He took so much time to help me today, went out of his way to make phone calls and get me what I needed. I was blown away by the kindness and concern of the doctor and his staff.. Dr. Marc Adelstein (patient).

Dr. Sullivan is a great doctor. He is very quick to handle my medical issues. Took great care of me before I had to see a surgeon. Dr. Sullivan is extremely efficient. Explained my medical condition in detail. The surgeon he advised me to use is great. Greatest bedside manner. I was in white plains hospital which was very caretaking. Everyone on staff took great care of me right from the admission office, pre-op Surgery and overnight stay I would recommend Dr. Sullivan to handle any of your medical issues. He did great with mine.

Waited in the office for over an hour and a half to see a doctor. Then sent to get a MRI. I am now waiting FIVE DAYS FOR RESULTS. The doctor has not once contacted me. I’ve been calling the office three times a day trying to get answers. Each and every time I call a receptionist merely states they have no results. A horrible practice. Will never return here again.

Awful experience! We spent over an hour dealing with the delay by their mistakes in prescription and after a couple of round calling, they closed at 8 pm and we didn't get the medicine. My sick kid had to suffer another night for their mistakes!

Very nice and friendly however completely wrong diagnosis. I went for an earache and he told me I had an ear infection so he put me on levaquin, steroid ear drops and gave me pain meds. I told him I had a nose bleed the day before but he said it had nothing to do with my ear or earache. I went to my ENT 2 days later with no relief and I did not have an infection nor did I require the meds he prescribed.I ended up having blood that coagulated behind my ear drum FROM my nose bleed.
