Informative office visit
Dr Heng took the time to explain the underlying issues behind the skin problems I had, going so far as to draw diagrams, and I really felt she wanted to share her knowledge. I felt she went above and beyond what was expected of her. She is highly skilled, and apparently world renowned. I highly recommend seeing her if you have need for a dermatologist.

I had some skin issues that I had brought up to doctors at Samsun Clinic in Santa Barbara over the years having received different treatments without end and no remedy. Dr. Heng changed all of that. She is extremely knowledgeable, doesn't prescribe to try things out but knowing expected results. She gave me solutions that have made my life a lot easier. I will always be appreciative of her help and wold recommend her without hesitation.

Dr. Heng is wonderful but her billing staff is awful. I called to ask about a bill that took 10 months to receive (I contacted a few times about it). The clerk, Ruth, was curt and defensive. She cut me off when I was talking and made a point of listing the things she did for us (called my insurance) though she's "not required to do so." She never apologized for the delay, lack of communication. Their delay cost me. I had flex money set aside but they expired before I got the bill. Be warned!

Dr. Heng, is a very nice and informative doctor. every time I went to my appointments, she took the time to answer all my questions, and provided me with the care I needed. I do recommend Dr. Heng .
