Horrible staff. They are lazy and will lie to you and be rude to get out of work. Their behavior is take it or leave it. The patient's lives are at stake here. The doctor is good, has good medical knowledge and will explain if you have questions of concerns.

Obscene staff. Answers all questions with. "If you don't like it, then leave." Like they are immune to responsibility.

The staff is rude. They lied to me about my insurance coverage in order for them to justify turning away a sick patient. I won't be going back and I don't recommend them to anyone. One star is too generous for this doctor's office. They deserve a zero.

I LOVE Dr. Narala's care/treatments. Professional and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with except for the one callback I needed on a weekend. Miss staff Michelle-efficient. Opposite experience with the PA or NP. Went last Thursday to an appointment & saw the latter. I needed 3 referrals & had 2 presenting complaints. Believe I was totally given no shrift, let alone short shrift, and he went off in two different directions, wrong referral and diagnosis. Dr. Narala, please return my 3 calls.

The absolute worst experience of my life. I still haven't even met the doctor! His office staff is deplorable, they should be fired. Very rude, inept and insincere. It started with making my initial appointment three months ago, they absolutely do no reminder phone calls. I missed by mistake, then rescheduled and had to wait another six weeks. I then went to my scheduled appointment and was told that my appointment had been cancelled, really? The nurse practitioner gives off an unsettling vibe.

I was assisted by a receptionist named Valerie who was very rude over the phone. She wasn't helpful or resourceful at all. She was quick to rush me off the phone and hung up in my face mid sentence. When I asked her how or if she could contact the dr. As I had just left the ER and needed time off from work she told me flat out no! And that they don't contact the dr. For just one patient. Dr. Narala himself is very oblivious and uses web md as a reference while you are in the exam room with

Never even seemed to notice me, always distracted and seemingly mentally occupied elsewhere. Asks very bland and vauge questions and doesn't seem interested in my answers or concerns at all. Doesn't take anything i say seriously and seems to brush everything off. Very condescending and rude.

He was condescending. After more than 10 visits he still did not know my name. He put my visit on another patient. Will only see you regarding 2 issues at a time but he chose the issues, for instance, I made an appointment to get a flu shot but he decided to see me about something else so he made make another appointment. When I went back they were out of the vaccine & were not going to order more. I have major problems with anemia but would not address the issue, Will never see him again.
