Dr. Madhavan Thuppal, MD

-Told him my life story for 10 mins and his response was 'so your a mamas boy' (im 40 yo)-Told him I recently found out I scored high on an IQ test as a child and he said 'your stupid bc you cant count backwards by 7 from 100' (I suffer from low self esteem and depression)-Had no plan of care and leveraged one perscription for another (if i take this, then later, he would prescribe that)-Lied and called me a drug addict bc I had a bad reaction to the medication he tricked me to take-Told me he lived near me and was angry when my friends from highschool werent ivy league bc its a rich neighborhood... so weird.-He should be retired by now and he had two very compassionate nurse practioners training under him, but be warned.

He is a very caring Dr and excellent with my son. He has helped him so much

I have had many visits with Dr. Thuppal now and he has always given me the time, care and attention I needed. I never feel rushed and he is willing to discuss my needs and carefully assess my situation. I truly feel he genuinely cares as well as the kind employees at the Stern Center. In my early 40's I started having anxiety attacks that seemed to come out of nowhere. It has not been easy, but I feel I am on the road to recovery from my anxiety issues. Thank you, Dr. Thuppal!
