My grandmother is over 100 and lost her Hematologist due to changes at Providence. We were referred to Dr M and had an initial appointment by video. She was over 30 minutes late. We discussed grandma's treatment. She told me her staff would call me that afternoon to schedule a new appointment 90 days out. No one ever called. I did find an appointment in her electronic chart. We went to get blood tested and to the infusion center 4 weeks later. Treatment was denied and they said the had called Dr M to confirm. We don't understand why. Grandma has been receiving the same treatment for several years. She has never returned messages to her office and we are not able to get her medicine at the infusion center. No return calls? Really?

I saw Dr. Mummanmeni for a very simple permission slip that my health insurance required in addition to my regular Dr.'s order. Firstly she made me wait for over an hour. I left the exam room to ask where she was. The staff were very helpful and she showed up a few minutes later. We talked about my condition for maybe 3 mins. She looked at my medical chart for a minute, max. She seemed very rushed and completely disinterested. Imagine my shock when I received a bill from her for over $250.
