Dr. Maged Samaan is a VERY GOOD, Dr.!! I Called the Office to change my appointment and Was Told that He Leaving. I am Very Sad That my doctor is going. It is not easy for Me to trust another Doctor. I Will Miss Him. I wish Him well where ever Be is Going.

Previously I would have given this office a -1 star if possible, but since Wellmed has taken over, the staff has been overhauled. From Front desk to Nurse nothing but professionals. Sabrina Snidiker ARPN has been the saving grace. I only can hope this continues.

This doctor’s office is a joke. His staff is very unfriendly and the doctor is very unprofessional. I waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. The doctor was in the back just shooting the breeze and even after his staff reminded him that he had patients waiting, he still continued with his loud conversation in the back. When I finally got to see him, I was in there for a total of 5 min. He has no bedside manners and is absolutely rude. Not going back at all!

I have visited the doctor three times. Average wait time before seeing the provider 45 minutes to an hour. Today I went in with an appointment for 1:45 pm; it was after 2:30 pm before I was called up to the window. Taking into account the usual waiting time once in the examination room, I realized that I would have to forgo the visit. The doctor is chronically over-booked, and not someone you should try and visit if you have any plans for the day.
