Outstanding doctor! The man of professional excellence - knowledgeable, cautious and patient, with a kind and friendly attitude. Devoted to his patients to the point that no e-mail remains unanswered, even if it is sent on Saturday or Sunday! He is quite an asset to Kaiser Permanente !

He is unresponsive. Took a week to reply an email on referral request. Replied via a message through staff by phone one week later. Not attentive to patient`s needs.
