Dr Kalantar saved my brother’s life last July 2020. Thomas McCormack was admitted to Good Samaritan Medical Center with COVID-19. He was in critical condition, he required ICU and vent support. Dr. Kalantar held phone conversations DAILY, sometimes more that once a day, keeping us apprised as to my brother’s condition, treatments, medications, plan of care, and realistic options. Dr. Kalantar was professional, courteous and always considerate, very sensitive to our family as well as her patient, my brother. Thomas’ spouse was home struggling with Covid during his hospitalization. Eventually, Thomas was able to transfer to subacute rehabilitation and subsequently home. He continues to work at regaining his weight and strength. Thank you Dr. Kalantar for your excellent care, your expertise, your knowledge and your compassion
