Dr.Fanous saved my vision back in my 20’s the surgery he did is still working and functioning smoothly I’m 46 now

He saved my life.i was having some terrible eye problems, he thoroughly checked my eyes, and told me I have a blockage in my neck. He was right, if he hadn't told me that I probably would have died.

I found Doctor Fanous to be attentive and compassionate his staff is well informed. His office was clean as well as the bathrooms. I would recommend Doctor Fanous for young and elderly persons. It is always a pleasure to see him.

He is the best eye doctor in the World. I have recommended him to a lot of people.

Dr. Fanous has treated my glaucoma for a number of years, I've had laser and surgery on my eye and he is so kind and caring. I trust him with my vision completely. His office staff is really nice to me all the time.

Dr Fanous has done both of my cataract surgeries. Both went perfectly.

I had an appointment scheduled at 3:00 pm to see Dr. Fanous. When I arrived at the office the waiting room was very congested with patients At 5:00 pm I was called back into one of the treatment rooms for eye drops to dilate my pupils. After returning to the waiting room and waiting an additional 15 minutes my patience was spent, I then approached the receptionist and advised her I was leaving as I had not seen Dr. Fanous yet!! This was not my first time I've waited to be evaluated by Dr. F.

After two exams and two pairs of glasses purchased I have still not achieved any form of satisfaction, I found this practice to be uncaring and unprofessional in the extreme, at the second revisit, I felt that I was taking up their valuable time with little consideration for my concerns. Instead of measuring for refraction, they simply used the glasses that I was already using and proceeding to write a new order.

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! The most unprofessional staff we have ever encountered. Dr. Fanous has no compassion for his patients whatsoever. He will not contact you to explain any results and the staff reassures you that you are his top priority which is obviously not the case!! Look for another Dr. if at all possible.

It is a challenge when relocating to a new area to find a competent, caring physician that is compatible with one's needs and expectations. I am so happy that I decided to trust the care of my eyes to Dr. Fanous. He is excellent in his field and I trust his knowledge, skills and decision making in regard to my care. On my very first visit, I listened carefully to what his patients in the waiting area were saying and everything was so positive. He is a gem; I wish there were more stars!
