Hospitalized for pneumonia
Dr Kefri was the on-call pulmonologist when I was admitted to St Mary's for what turned out to be an 11-day stay for severe pneumonia. He visited daily to provide updates and answer questions and prepped me for who would be covering for him when he was not there. I appreciated his acerbic demeanor and his very direct honesty about the risks and severity of my condition. It was a little scary but I needed a little scare.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional
He said it was unfair to ask about what a possible future surgery would entail because he did not make all that money from the first surgery. It was an emergency surgery performed after being rushed to the closest hospital to us. He then told us to go through the discharge papers and go see those doctors for care.
