I just filed a formal grievance on this clinic because of the unbelievable unethical and unprofessional behavior of the front desk. I can not believe the service here. Countless times Ive had issues with the front desk at this place trying to make simple appointments and ask normal questions. The supervisor and front desk just jokingly asked me if I’m seeing a psychiatrist (while laughing) because I sternly with not one ounce of disrespect coming out of my mouth asked if I can please receive good customer service for once. They proceeded to say they will no longer see me which is totally fine but I had to write this to let anyone know who’s thinking of dealing with this office to not. The only reason I wasted my breath going back and forth with them every time I call is because of Dr Gamble. He is a great doctor and made an amazing referral for me for a life changing surgery I needed. I still am speechless at the way I was treated on the phone today and several times prior. I was hun
