Excellent Doctor
This was my first visit as I was switching doctors from Hinsdale to Naperville. I thought Dr. Hamid was excellent. She showed genuine concern and asked insightful questions. On this visit, she performed my annual physical, took full blood work and then set me up for my 10 year colonoscopy. I would highly recommend her as a family doctor.

Rude and Disrespectful
This was my first visit with Dully and I will never go back. Dr. Hamid refused to treat me, because I explained that I needed paper completed now regarding a handicapped sticker for my car. She wanted me to make another appt in May instead of completing it in March. I told her I had to mail it to Springfield.; so I needed it completed it now. That it didn’t make sense to make another appt. Based on mailing and administrative processing time , I didn’t want to wait until the last minute. She abruptly got up from the desk and said she couldn’t treat me, because she didn’t want to compete it now and walked out of the office. I also had all of my medical records with me. My regular doctor retired after being my doctor for (15) years.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR
Telehealth
Did a video visit for a stye-was given an ointment prescription. A few days later I sent a message asking if it was normal for styes to spread while using ointment..told her everything I was doing. Asked if there was anything more I should do/use the ointment more often. She and her nurses refused to answer any questions. They wanted me to make ANOTHER apptm in order to answer any questions about something SHE PRESCRIBED.. for something I had already been seen for. I contacted Duly about it & a WEEK LATER the nurse calls me still refusing to answer questions. They also sent a message LYING saying the Dr followed up with me/answered my questions when she did not. All I was told was in order for them to respond I would need another apptm. If you need help after apptm or have prescription questions after-don’t expect help. Saw an eye Dr after this & was told to warm compress more often & it worked. This Dr could’ve told me that w/o another apptm, but she’s greedy.

Poor level of treatment
Telehealth
My experience with this doctor was below average. I had a video visit which lasted 2.5 minutes and she charged me for a full office visit. There was no level of care or advice given. I recommend NOT seeing this doctor as patient care is not her number one priority.

DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET A COLONOSCOPY
I scheduled an appointment and followed up with an email to confirm she would be able to put the script in for my colonoscopy since I am 45. The answer was yes. I had to wait online for 15 minutes only to find out she would NOT be able to. I needed to see yet another doctor(gerontologist) and then I could schedule the colonoscopy. A complete waste of time and money. When I inquired about the email that specifically asked about this, I was told it must be a miscommunication and I would indeed be charged for this unproductive and very unnecessary visit.

I just finished my video visit with Dr. Hamid, she was on the call for no more than a minute and thirty seconds. I told her my two symptoms & she immediately prescribed me a medication no more than 5 seconds later. She was impersonal and it felt more like a drive-thru order than a doctor's visit.

Scheduled a video visit with Dr. Hamid, the first thing she said was: "How can I help you?" instead of what most doctors would say "How are you feeling today?", her opening words were insensitive and sounded more like a customer representative, not a caring doctor. She was not listening either, ignored what my symptoms indicated and kept questioning if it could be Covid-19. After I told her I had been fully vaccinated, she still said I should get a covid test, she seems incompetent. She prescribed me this medicine which FDA has high-level warning on side effect of mental health problems, risks more than benefit. After I got the medicine and read page-long warnings I called the nurse to swap to something else, never heard back from them even though the nurse promised to do so. Btw, the nurse didn't seem to speak fluent English and had a hard time understanding my request. Never had a doctor who doesn't listen, had no patient, and not caring at all.

Staff is disorganized and not friendly. Any requests to have prescriptions filled or school forms completed required multiple follow ups. Dr Hamid was not sensitive or responsive. Sent several requests with questions and had to follow up with a call. My annual physical had to be scheduled two months out. A week before, I got a message that my appointment was canceled with no explanation. Sent a message to ask why it was canceled and no one answered.

I went to Dr. Hamid and was treated very poorly. Like she was having a bad day and took it out on me. She didn't listen to my concerns and when I asked about my medication, she didn't want to listen. I waited 45 mins outside to see her and she rushed through the appointment and gave me attitude problems.

Went in for pain in stomach that radiates to back. This woman put me on antacids for 2 months instead of getting me a CT or anything. I also asked for cold sore meds and she gave me 3 days worth telling me that I need to come in for a separate diagnosis for that. (this was after I saw how little she sent over to the pharmacy) Really? how money hungry are you? it's already in my chart, and it's a cold sore for god sakes, not an opioid, so settle down. I would NEVER go back to see a Dr. that completely overlooks your issues. I also had to call three times just to get the meds and still have never received the referral I needed to see a specialist. The biggest, wasted trip. I don't understand doctors like this at all.
