Dr. Mai-Anh Pham, MD

She is very sympathetic, good advice, little fast but very helpful. I don’t mind to wait for her. Recommend to everyone.

I had an appointment at 9:00am and wasn't seen until 9:45am. None of my health concerns were taken seriously and this doctor had no empathy whatsoever. I felt rushed the entire time and it was evident she had not reviewed my medical record at all prior to the appointment. She seemed only interested in what I did for a living. At the end of the appointment, I was kicked out of the room because they needed to "release" it for other patients, despite the fact that I had asked for a flu vaccine and was not provided with one. Why would you ask me if I want the flu vaccine and recommend it, but then not provide it? If you care about your health and preventive health care, this is NOT the doctor you want to see. I wish that I could give zero stars.

Excellent! I love her, she is a true, compassionate, and committed physician. She had been my primary care physician for years and is extremely thorough and always concerned every single visit. I am so glad I switched and selected her years ago. She’s the best!!

I had an appointment for 4:15 pm. I left the office at 6:45. Doctor was running very late. She appears to be a good thorough doctor, however she has no empathy! I said I had stress and she said "Why do you have stress, you're retired?" I have long term chronic illness and my retirement income - well all the money they gained has been wiped out this year. Budgeting for retirement is stressful! I'm going to try to get a different doctor at Kaiser Permanente.

I think Dr. Pham is an excellent doctor. She has been my doctor for at least 4 years. She listens carefully and does an excellent job of analyzing your problem and prescribing the best action to take. She has ordered extra lab tests when I have asked for them. She understands things we can do as we get older to prevent problems and she suggests them. I feel she has a strong commitment to keeping me healthy. I rate her the best possible.
