He is always in rush, he doesn't explain things well and gets offensive when you ask questions. He isn't empathetic and have left the room in the middle of an explanation avoiding follow-up questions

Dr. Liu is in such a hurry to treat the next patient that he doesn’t explain nor answer questions without following him out of examination room. He is abrupt and doesn’t give thought nor proper care into rendering an informed diagnosis. He needs to evaluate all tests carefully before frightening patients needlessly.

Dr. Liu is definately one of the most compassionate people in his field. I have been treated by him for about 6 years now and I will NOT see anyone else. He is available for anything that I need. I have also recommended him to many friends and family too. All of whom love him instantly. I love the fact that he follows up on all his patient's blood tests by phone. I have been to many doctors for this courtesy and have been told NO by many. Dr. Liu really seems to care about me & I wouldn't change

Dr. Liu seems like a nice guy outside the capacity of a Doctor however his ability to function as on is lacking. His staff and office is the usual as any, rush in, rush out....no problem I get it. He on the other hand rushes through the entire appointment. I discuss more about his recent knee injury then my own ailment, he's very self-absorbed and full of himself which is tolerable if he was a great MD, but hes far from that. Keep looking, plenty other Pulmonary MDs out there...
