At first impressions she seemed concerned and competent. I was new to this practice so this was my first appointment with her. The intake appointment went as expected. The problem came when there was no fallow up. She never ordered the labs or test we discussed. She prescribed a medication that I had been on in the past with bad side effects. I tried to make a follow up appointment ,I was told she was too booked up. A few weeks latter I got a letter informing me that she was leaving the practice. It's so strange that Dr. Martinez-Heath would take on a new patient just when she is leaving this practice to go to another. I was not left to another doctor, the letter suggested I either make an appointment with one of the other physicians or go to another practice. Very unprofessional.
