Dr. Rao is AMAZING! She is always so thorough in explaining everything & I couldn't thank her enough! She makes my family & I at ease when talking about my diagnosis & treatment. I couldn't have asked for a better Oncologist! The staff is always a pleasure as well. Jessica, the Jack of All Trades, is ALWAYS so joyful & amazing! Also the Christmas Decorations are a nice welcome when coming to the office.

Dr. Rao is extremely knowledge, professional, and warm. She is truly an amazing doctor!! The office staff is always welcoming and kind and makes everyone feel comfortable. All around professionals!! Dr. Rao has thoroughly explained everything in simplistic terms so that I could better understand exactly what is happening to my body and exactly what treatment was best. I appreciate the time she takes with her patients and highly recommend her to anyone seeking/needing a hematologist.

DrRao and her team are amazing I was going through something I never thought I would be staff was amazing the nurses are the best office staff so great Dr Rao is so amazing and caring going thru Breast cancer during Covid was hard but the whole staff was amazing and careful I’m so glad my treatments were there!! Love you all.??????

Dr. Rao and Marisa are one of a kind. Trying to beat breast cancer difficult enough, so it's honestly the best feeling coming in and being greeted by these sweet lovely ladies. Dr. Rao is intricately involved in my case, which I am more than grateful for. Dr. Rao is so smart and explains things in simple ways, even drawing me a diagram to help me understand. Thank you Misty and all the staff who help me!

FIND ANOTHER DR! This was my second visit, a virtual visit during COVID (waited 2hrs the first time). We were asked to be available between 1 hr before the scheduled appointment and 1 hr after. When we hadn't been contacted during that time, we called the office and were told that she would get to us soon. We called again an hour later, the office staff went to look for her, came back to us and said we would see the doctor soon. We called a third time, were told she was finishing in the OR and that they had texted her. We were sent the link to be connected for the visit. We waited for another hour. When she arrived, there was no apology, no remorse that we waited 6 hours - all day- by the computer. We told Dr Rao during our appt that we had sent the office some documents to print for her review. She called an office staff, asked for the docs, then rudely told her staff to "figure it out". I lost a lot of respect for Dr Rao during this experience. I do not recommend her.

Dr. Rao explains things in great detail with a friendly manner and always asks how I am doing. She is quite pleasant to work with and I have 100% confidence in her and her ability’s to keep me healthy.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like it is my obligation for this practice. Try and steer clear, nice only gets you so far and they were all nice. Medically was a different story. I was lead down the wrong path and it has not turned out well. There has been no acknowledgment or remorse. I will not be stepping foot back in this office.

I find this office to be well organized and everybody does there homework. They knew everything about my past medical record and everything that happened in between visits. All staff is polite and compassionate. I would tell everyone about this Doctor.. (All five star in my eyes)

Dr. Rao is the best doctor bar none!! I have been a patient of hers since she opened in springfield. Originally I was seeing her for anemia which she fixed. When I went for a mammogram in 2014 they told me I would need an oncologist thank God I already had her. She made having cancer and chemo almost pleasant, between her and her staff I knew I would be fine and I am! Highly recommend and wish more doctors were like Dr. Rao

Knowledgeable and Compassionate Doctor Since my first visit, Dr. Rao has put my mind at ease. She talked to me about how she was going to treat my condition and not to worry. She called me over the weekend to check and make sure I was okay. Where do you find physicians like this in today’s society? She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her to new patients. She also gave me an excellent referral. Her office staff, nurses, and lab department are great.
