One and done kind of Doctor
I had only one visit with him and everything that could go wrong did. So much miscommunication between his office and other health care facilities. He was never available for one, and all that was an option with his assistant Janelle, that never acknowledge any calls, always stated no messages, miscommunication with procedures and appointments as well as test at other outside facilities. Should of been a sign, when on my first appointment as I headed out the door they called me and cancelled because I was told my appointment was scheduled with wrong doctor, Never been there and was a new patient so how could I be scheduled with wrong doctor? If you advocate for yourself they will not like it and don't ask any questions...... especially any that put him or his staff on the spot. If you can't advocate for yourself then who will do it for you? You should be able to trust your health care provider and it should not make them angry when you asks questions like, why, how come, what for?

I have been a long time patient (20+ years) and just received a letter of cancellation of services with no reason given. This is unprofessional, unexpected and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for primary care.

Dr. Gross is better with men than with women. He is a me Doctor, you patient type of person. Becomes rude, if one in any way questions his opinions, especially with women. Wish I could find another doctor, but do like Olympic Internal Medicine. Very efficient place. Dr. Gross does know his medications and is willing to prescribe helpful medication.

Dr. Gross is a good listener and a good diagnostician. We have been seeing him for only a few years but chose to keep going even after our insurance changed and we have up pay for out of network.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Gross?
I found Dr. Gross to be unprofessional. I was unable to question blood work without him listing his credentials and telling me how good he was at his job. He disparaged my previous doctor calling him lazy. He was demeaning and berated me. When I came in with my husband his manner was quiet the opposite, but when my husband expressed his concerns the Doctor said that the relationship was no longer working and he would defend himself in court. WHAAAAT?

I would recommend Dr. Gross to anyone who needs care. He is terrific M.D. to address your ailments. He listens to the patient's concerns and address them in either blood testing, x-rays, and exams. His diagnosis is very accurate when treating an illness. Dr. Gross assistant Faye is outstanding sending in prescription refills, takes the time to listen to patient and their needs. She is fantastic on follow up with messages. The staff is awesome always friendly and greets you with a smile.

I do not recommend Dr Ryan Gross to anyone. i went in with a bladder infection on a Wednesday for help and was told they were going to send my urine sample in for a culture. i was given NO antibiotic for the pain and expected to wait for the culture two more days. then after the two days the culture isn't in and still got no help and was left to call the emergency doctor because this office then was closing. NO help at all I was forced to call the emergency on call doctor. It was torture!!!

Dr. Gross visited my wife at the Hospital and told her I was likely to never leave the hospital. 13 years later I am doing fine. I had esophageal varices rupture in my esophogus and lucky for me Dr. Sharma and I didn't settle with Dr. Grosses observation of the situation. Went back to see him for a checkup and he was very rude to. Nothing good to say.
