she prescribed me meds that i have been on daily for a year. my insurance then needed a PA and i’ve been out of my meds for almost two months!! i’ve called the office 7 times and no one has even helped me once. she won’t do the prior authorization and says they don’t have time. finding a new doctor asap

Have a very hard time trying to get the office to call back especially when you’re trying to get test scheduled or results of tests. Was told they can only address 2 issues per visit. Had to make another appointment just to get my scripts written. Then gives me a hard time about getting a script, saying it’s a controlled substance now. Had to be checked online to see if I’d gotten the script from another dr, then drugged tested, & had to sign forms, too. Heard this again in my next 2 visits, I told her I’ve been through this already, doesn’t seem to make a difference. Very frustrating. Have discussed this with a couple of the employees there, too, said it would be addressed with the office manager but it’s no better.
