Liar
This dr lied about the surgery! He was suppose to reattach one tendon ! He lied and did a rotator cuff surgery, I did NOT ask for nor would ever allow ! I use to work w dogs and large animals! Now, I’m not able to do much, cos my arm and shoulder are worthless, ache and always painful, can’t use my arm like I use to! He’s a creepy human being !

Dr. Tella was my 3rd opinion and I'm happy with the outcome (Sept 2021). Appreciate his relaxed nature and genuine interest in helping me understand my rotator cuff injury. The surgery was comprehensive and after 2 months I'm comfortable recommending him.

No one would listen to me for 10 years about how painful my right knee was. It got to the point I couldn't hardly walk. Dr. Tella actually listened to me. He did a process of elimination. To see if I needed surgery. I have had 2 knee surgeries done by Dr. Tella. This man is a awesome Doctor. He got be up and moving around. Dr. Tella is very truthful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Tella.

I had a serious? shoulder injury while skiing. I saw 2 other surgeons who told me that I would have to live with pain and dysfunction. I went to Dr. Tella for another opinion. He was kind and caring and he explained my condition and options in a way that other surgeons didn't. I underwent surgery reconstruction by Dr. Tella and my shoulder is PERFECT. I highly recommend him.

I thought I was in great hands . I'm post op 8 months and I still can not lift 5 pounds with the arm he worked on . Than he cleared me for regular work which is 30 pounds . Please if your on work comp find a different doctor. He never even did a closing exam on me . And closed my case before I was even stationary . Which has now caused a huge mess . I'm lucky my job found a place where I can fold laundry . which is still to much . But better than being homeless . Do not use Tella.

My experience with Dr. Tella was amazing. I had ripped the rear horns of both meniscuses on my left knee. Dr. Tella diagnosed the problem and I was in surgery eight days later. Right now, I'm two months out and my knee feels fantastic ... no pain and feels like new. I would highly recommend Dr. Tella to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Tella was amazing! I needed left knee ACL surgery. I had the same ACL repair surgery in'97 on my right knee with a different surgeon. I was traumatized from that experience. It was horrible! I was hesitant and nervous to have the same surgery again. I voiced my fears to Dr. Tella. He was very comforting and reassuring. Then the surgery he did on my knee was SUPERB!! I experienced a 1/4 of the pain as in '97 and my recovery time was 3 Xs as fast!! I'm still amazed! Great!

Well I lost my balance and fell with all my body weight on my right forearm and heard Abundance of crunchy sounds in my shoulder. MRI didn't show any thing he thought it would be a simple bone spur removal n clean up. It wasn't. I tore a rotator cuff and two other muscles in the upper socket I tore both of these muscle and detached one or bot muscles from the upper arm bone besides the clean up and removal of bone spurs. I told him I terrible pain and I was right I hurt myself again here we go!
