Very hard to get ahold of some one in the office.
Telehealth
Staff never answers the phone. If your prescription does not go through to pharmacy, she does not want to send another one. Staff is rude and will hang up on you when you finally do get ahold of some one. The Dr. is good and she ask questions when you are able to see her. They do not look at messages in the app either. They do not care if you get your meds on time.

Excellent Care
This doctor is empathetic, kind and caring. She was a God send for me. She didn’t hesitate to discuss my history and to help me with my chronic pain. I would absolutely recommend her. If you are honest with her and share your story-she will help you. She’s also intelligent and professional!

Inept office help and Dr
The office staff are the most inept, unorganized, unprofessional medical staff I have ever encountered. Dr. Shaikh-Ahmad is not organized or helpful and doesnt keep accurate medical records. She also isnt very effective as a pain management professional. Dont waste your life trying to get any help from this dr. she only causes more pain and suffering and great mental anguish.

Excellent doctor. Highly recommend. I have bad knees and needed shots and pain relief. She was always very attentive and would spend time talking with me. Not judgmental. Always seemed sincerely concerned about my pain. Plus she really really helped with ideas for the type of shots I should have to best manage my pain.

I love Dr. Shaik she is very attentive with me and my family. I love talking to her on appointment days she makes my life better. I wish she would take BCBS but I don’t mind paying the $100-$160 bucks per visit because of the attention she gives me. I recommend her to everyone i know. she a very smart lady and very good looking, I have hear from many people that she will drop them and go through withdraws, so I decided to stay with my regular doc he doesn't give morphine or oc but he there, still looking for a new doc, to help me , I like her just after these new laws for new Mexico. I dk

After being on pain meds for awhile and being told it would improve the quaility of my life the Dr. dropped my BCBS insurance and left me hanging without a referral to a new pain Dr. This Dr. is negligent! She took an oath to do no harm! I had to scramble around and do something. I ask the Dr. why she was dropping my insur and she smiled and said she doesn't deal with that stuff. The secretary told me and said if I come in I would have to pay $140.00 to see the Dr.

She is not friendly at all, shows no emotion,smile at least, broke my contract because i suposidly no show, not true, there is a difference, i reschuled, which is a difference,i spoke about it with her on 2nd appt, reason eing, no money to pay, im private pay, they always resheduled me, then my pharmacy put wrong name on the med., dr said i saw another dr, didnt bother to verify it with the dr i supposedly went with to verfy, my pharmacy called the dr. To let her know they made the mistake
