How frustrated!!! NEVER LISTEN. NEVER PICK UP PHONE CALL!!

Dr. Leung is truly exceptional. Having undergone 5 EMGs in my life, I can confidently say that my experience with him was the most pleasant & least painful. Dr. Leung's dedication to patient comfort is evident, from his use of the smallest needles to his precision during the procedure.What sets Dr. Leung apart is his genuine interest in his patients. He took the time to understand my concerns, conducted a thorough exam beyond the EMG itself, and double-checked everything for utmost thoroughness. He operates with precision, knowing exactly what he's looking for and where.Not only did Dr. Leung provide top-notch care, but he also delivered my results immediately, demonstrating his commitment to patient satisfaction. He even encouraged me to reach out with any post-exam questions, and he promptly responded. His efficiency extends to his office staff, who are equally responsive, helpful, & phenomenal. He and his staff set the standard for what medical care should be!

Dr Leung simply the best neurologist. He took an hour to listen to all my problems. He calls me after hours to follow up on medication side effects. He is the best. No questions about it.

I would describe my experience as humiliating. It began with the initial appt, which was by phone. I was told it would be in the "afternoon." I waited five hours. Nothing. I left a msg. He finally called to say he'd be calling. Finally, it happened at 6pm. Then came the office visit. He was totally uninterested in hearing me talk. Not curious about my description of my symptoms. Indifferent to the background of my condition. Completely dismissive. He repeated himself often. To say he didn't care about me as a human being would be an understatement. I was handled like cold cuts.

Years ago he and his office staff were good (not exceptional), now you can't even receive a call back, I know it's a concern with Covid-19, but that should not impact returning phone calls and keeping their clients informed. I'm not aware of any exposure or risk concerns using the phone.
