Annoying to Deal With
She is very annoying to deal with! She does not listen and as such she does not address concerns. She seemed friendly enough but I had an experience with her where she was wildly inconsistent in what she told me to do. I pointed out her inconsistency (very friendly manner) to her and she got really nasty and condescending with me. Her focus and responses are scattered everywhere and totally incoherent. I would guess she has zero experience working with patients but that is not what is reflected in her biography.

Okay...
For the Kaiser organization she is acceptable. If you are on a regime and it works, and you just want her to keep it up, then that is fine. However, she loves suggesting changes- changes that are ill-informed, made with out regard to impact on the patient's life, and given very little thought or consideration. She may have a good intention. However, I find that psychiatric patients need more of a stable hand than she can provide. Once you go flying around changing things rapidly (which she will try to get you to do) you cannot account for the impact in the change of the variable. In my experience, psychiatric drugs need to be given 90 days to assess the full effect- and give it a yes or no decision. Ideally you would wait another 90 days after that. This is six months. She will try to change multiple things at a time. It is just too much!

worst experience, beware
This person complete dismissed my concerns, interrupting me on every sentence every time I was tying to explained my symptoms. Dismissed my concerns, gaslight me, I read the notes she posted on my profile and make me feel discriminated. Apparently "my speech" wasn't rigth, hello?! English is my second language! judging my appearance when's he shows for the appt by video looking like she just woke up from sleep. I communicated, tried to, several times my concerns, my feelings about therapy (CBT) and the other options I wanted to explore, instead she put on her notes that "I refuse therapy I did it for 20 years" with !! marks. I asked her that that I wanted to be tested for certain disorder, and she basically shut me down. this is the most horrible experience I ever had with kaiser permanent, actually first time I wrote a review, but I am insulted by this so call doctor.
