Although a very pleasant person with great office staff, I would not recommend this practice. I saw Dr Ma in early fall for a full body cancer screening and to address a concern I had on my nose. She told me that my nose was normal, nothing unusual and to maintain my normal skincare and sunscreen routine and she'd see me in a year. I asked her at least two more times to look at my nose again because it just didn't seem okay to me. She looked again and said it was normal. Fast forward a few months and during my cleaning, my dentist asked if I see a dermatologist. I said yes, why? She thought my nose looked suspicious and to get a second opinion. I called another practice who saw me right away. They took a shave biopsy and a week later it was confirmed I had basal cell carcinoma. Mohs Surgery is scheduled next week.

I chose dermatologist Dr.Ma who "TREATS HAIR LOSS" according to her profile with sincere hope of getting MEDICAL treatment for my problem. It was my very first visit & after seven minutes consultation she flatly told me it is NORMAL & advise me to use OTC Minoxidil.
Is this treating hair loss??? I don't think so, very disappointed & felt like waste of time & insurance money.

I would recommend Dr. Ma to anyone. She puts you at ease immediately. I had to have a very large skin tag removed in a very private area. She was most understanding and had the tag removed in seconds. I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever.

Dr Ma is AWESOME!!!!! If you go to her with any skincare issue or anything related to Dermatology best believe she will cure it and cure it fast!!! Highly recommend!!! Me and my daughter go to her. The office staff is great. I’m a huge jokester and most Dr staff get attitudes when you joke around but not these girls. They joke right along with me. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF AND DOCTOR
