If I could give her a zero star, I would. This woman shouldn't be in the medical field where she is physically taking care of people. She should be behind a computer. She has a horrible bedside behavior. She doesn't know how to speak to people. I'm glad I had a family member on the call when she came to see me for the first time. My family member afterwards stated that she was very aggressive. I thought maybe I was reading too much into it but I wasn't because she wanted me to have a procedure done. Due to not doing the procedure, she stated she would change my room. Which I was fine with. The next morning, I was then taken off my IV for a medication that I needed to be on 24/hr including when taking a shower all because of a shift change and I had to keep informing them about my IV. I was crying regarding this because I started to develop knee pain which moved to my thigh after 2 hours of being back on my medication. When she came to see me she really didn't have any concerns about me
