Scammy office
I came to get treatment for an earache but was never actually seen by the doctor (only a tech and a PA). They "upsold" a ridiculously expensive CT scan. Completely crummy experience

Worst experience! Required multiple unnecessary exams including a CT exam before I even saw the doctor. Misdiagnosed my ailment. Did not treat properly. Forced me to schedule a costly procedure I did not need (I canceled it). Did not feel they had my best interest at heart. Only interested in making a buck!

Dr. Khanna is a phenomenal physician. We found Doctor Khanna after reading his many great reviews. His staff was attentive and responsive. We were able to get a same day appointment for treatment of a broken nose. Dr. Khanna's office staff from the front desk, nurse's, and physician's assistants were knowledgeable, considerate, and explained surgical intervention with the utmost detail. Following surgery, Doctor Khanna spent a sufficient amount of time with us explaining the procedure and recovery. He was available for us on the weekend when we called with a non-urgent question as well. We can not recommend Doctor Khanna and his well-trained staff enough. Furthermore, the office was clean, well kept, and the staff adhered to COVID- 19 guidelines. Thank you for making our experience as stress free and simple as possible!

I went to Dr. Khanna for a swollen salivary gland underneath my chin. It was biopsied and found as benign. Several weeks later, he removed the sub-mandibular swollen gland. Dr. Khanna takes his time to explain everything about the condition and the procedure and I would highly recommend his services. He also has an outstanding and caring office staff.

Dr Khanna has been my doctor for over 15 years. We met in Herndon, then I followed him to Alexandria & now DC. He's forthcoming, supportive & compassionate. I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr Khanna is not only my BFF in the ENT world, I also consider him a great friend, not to mention, he's handsome, w/an infectious smile. Renee is the best medical assistance; very warm and compassionate and great to talk to. Congratulations on the new practice. Looking forward to my procedure :)

I just got the opportunity to see Dr Khanna at his new practice in Washington, DC. I was able to fill out my paperwork online before coming in and was walked back immediately. The staff was friendly and the doctor was prompt (no waiting in the office). I was able to receive my CT scan quickly and got my prescription sent over to my local pharmacy. I am finally happy to have an ENT that can meet my needs. Strongly recommend!

During a routine ENT visit Dr. Manish Khanna said that I will benefit from septoplasty. The septoplasty performed by Dr. Khanna was a disaster. and caused 100% blockage to my right nostril. After the surgery he did not disclose that the procedure was unsuccessful. Instead he lied to me and said that I need to wait a year to see improvements.. I would not recommend Dr. Khanna as a surgeon because he is dishonest, he is not a man to admit when something went. wrong, .and will do you harm.

Dr. Failed to examine properly and therefore missed diagnosed me. Horrible experience. Picture here is not the person who identified himself as Dr. Khanna, so, either it's the wrong picture or some sort of bait and switch game.

Allergy nurse is the rudest! I listened to her on the phone while waiting in the waiting room with a friend and she seemed a little too aggressive and extremely unprofessional for my liking. If this is an indication of the rest of the staff and providers, I think I'll go else where for my ear problems.

I called to confirm if my appointment was cancelled so I won't get charge for a no show. When the aytomated system called I didn't accept the appointment. When I called the office this morning to check, this very rude and disrepectful Schmeille who picked up the call said that it will be on collection if I don't pay the no show fee. This made me very upset and caused my heart beat raising when she was very mean on the phone and rude and started yelling at me that I will be charged! Very rude!
