Dr. Manmohan Gupta, MD

Dr Gupta is very knowable of his feild, he has a great bedside maner. He is patient, easy to talk to, and He Is Funny.He does not waste your time, while, giving you as much time as you may need.

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for over two years. One of the Best and Experienced Rheumatologist in Georgia. His staff is very friendly. Dr. Gupta pays attention to detail and is very thorough. He is very respectful to his patients and always had a smile when he sees you. He got me in for an appointment within a month as a new patient. I would rate him a 10 out of 5. He spends extra time with you explaining every detail. I would highly reccomend his office for care.

He does not consult with your medical records when you have an issue. Said I didn't have Lupus before the test results were returned. They were positive, and it's in my medical records. He always conducts a drug screen, when he has never prescribed any medication. If there's problem with your lower- back, why do you need to disrobe?

I took a lot of time to put together a complete medical history from high school until I went to see Dr. Gupta. It was very obvious he never looked at the paperwork prior to my visit. He was with me for about 3 minutes and told me I did not have RA. He was not helpful at all. He said my blood test did not indicate RA. At the time of my appointment, I had a 2 week long flareup. I gave him about 150 pages full of blood tests and other medical issues that he could look at prior to my appointment, but he didn't. I told him I was diagnosed 10 years ago with an autoimmune disease and he said he doesn't treat someone based on a diagnosis or a test. He treats based on their medical symptoms and issues. He could consider my previous diagnosis. I don't expect him to all out treat me based on it. He is so lost. DO NOT USE HIM. He is the reason people with RA and immune disease issues takes 4 years and 4 different doctors to diagnose.

Overall a very good physician. He's not going to just treat whatever problems you're are having. He view of all your health conditions and try to come up with the best treatment for you. Communication is the key to the best results for you.
