A Most Excellent Pain Specialist!
I will always remember the day I met Dr. Manny Lai! His demeanor immediately helped me feel safe. He listened, understood, offered compassion, was warm and kind, and actually helped me, all in about 15 minutes! During the year+ since then, Dr. Lai has shown me only kindness, compassion, and support through numerous consults and procedures. He exhibits all the cues of safety a doctor can offer, such as his calm voice and warm personality. Dr. Lai is happy to work *with* me to figure out the best options and treatments for my multiple complex conditions. He really listens and finds solutions. I wish all doctors were as conscientious, kind, warm, helpful, and able to listen, as Dr. Manny Lai. He is tops!
