Rude, arrogant, insulting, and disrespectful towards patient's! The doctor and PA want you to go home and die! I'm not a second class citizen! I'm tired of these back woods Kentucky doctors who lack a professional and empathetic bedside manner who are incapable of putting together a medical treatment plan for the benefit of their patient! Don't waste your time and money with these uncaring people! They know nothing about me yet they make unjustified judgements about me as a human being! I'll travel to Nashville for quality medical care before I let any member of their medical staff treat me ever again!

Dr.Mujmudar is rude, nasty, arrogant and a bully to me as a patient. He put me on stop smoking patches but they broke me out in a rash all over my body,I bought pouches since gum didn't work either,he was just rude and mean, didn't suggest anything else,so I don't need a Dr. that is going to be like this too me.He is too old and needs too retire with his nasty ways.

Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting over 8 months for a CPAP that I STILL haven’t received. I constantly deal with terribly rude and passive aggressive staff on the phone. I have already had one wreck from falling asleep behind the wheel due to lack of proper sleep but they do not care. I have now had 7 APPOINTMENTS AND NO CPAP.

Refused to order pain medicine for dying patient (labored breathing and grimacing.) Was apparently overruled (persuaded?) by medical director of the facility as his APN called back and said,."oh yeah,.we can do that." Patient subsequently passed peacefully the next morning.

They will make unnecessary appointments and bill you for services you aren't provided. They made an appointment for me to pick up a CPAP machine after having a sleep study two weeks before. Upon arriving to the appointment they asked for $60. I told them I was just picking up my CPAP machine. The new employees told me that I was there for a "follow-up" appointment. I was then asked for my compliance card for a CPAP machine that I did not have. My insurance company was very interested in this.

He is only out for himself.. He is a crook in my opinion. Sent wrong meds prescription to pharmacy and as we opened the bag once i got home and had realized what had happened it was to late. They wont take back meds. We called MANY MANY times and they WONT RETURN MY CALLS. Now we are out 300 dollars and the right meds due to a screw up he wont admit to.

I have been fighting with them for 6 months on getting my grandmother's oxgen ordered from where she moved in with me. I finally took a day off to come and deal with the issue. They don't fully train there staff to the policies and procedures they just half way do their paperwork. Arch Na Majmudar was the manager I asked to speak with.. She had no clue how to deal with the paperwork, very RUDE, and unknowledgeable on what to do.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you get a bill from
