Dr. Manpreet Multani, MD

Dr. Multani has excellent bedside manners, is thorough, a great listener and truly cares about her patients. Her recommendations are impactful and improved my father’s condition. She’s knowledgeable about the side effects of medications and was able to minimize his discomfort by changing things around. She took the time to explain the biology of the brain, the nervous system and how everything ties in. My 88 year old father walked out feeling heard and confident.

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST. Especially avoid Dr Multani. My husband needed to have an eeg done and she told him it would be about 200 with his insurance. First surprise, we get the bill and it is over $1000. After further review of the bill he was being charged for a service date dated to before he was even a patient there and a month before he even had the exam. We called multiple times about this error. They stated that Dr Multani had to fix it and then we would receive the correct bill. This exchange happened multiple times. And the same excuse was given and that “she was out of the office” so when she gets back it will be fixed. We asked if there were going to be any issues with us not paying the bill, like going to collections, while this is being fixed. They assured us we would have no issues and no collections since it’s a mistake on their end. My experience with the office staff has unfortunately not matched the exceptional care, empathy, and genuine concern for my well-being provided by the doctor Multani. Despite the doctor's commendable approach to patient care, I've encountered significant challenges on the administrative side. The staff's responsiveness has been consistently lacking, severely hindering effective communication. Despite numerous attempts to follow up on questions, and to schedule appointments, my efforts have often been met with delays or, more dishearteningly, no response at all.This situation has been particularly frustrating regarding my attempt to schedule an injection appointment. Excellent staffs. The only issue I had was the wait time even with appointment. But I see that as a good sign because if there are no patients then the doctor must not be good. Even with the little longer wait time than my appointment time. I am fine with the time because she took her time to answer all my questions and concerns!
