Horrible doctor
Went to ER in extreme pain from neck spasms. He asked about pain management and I stated I’m not in pain management. Then he mentions my doctor who prescribed me pain meds a few days ago. I said yes this is my family doctor not a pain doctor. He folds his arms across his chest and says what can I do for you. I said I don’t want pain meds and he instantly says good because you’re not getting any. I said I just want something to relax the neck muscles. He says you’re already on a muscle relaxer. I said I know, that’s why I’m here. It’s not working. The embarrassing looks on the nurses faces says it all. Extremely rude, aggressive and argumentative. So I left with no relief whatsoever.

UNPROFESSIONAL
Yesterday, I fell off an electric scooter. I was taken to the hospital by one of my coworkers because I hit my head really hard on the pavement. I was almost unconscious. I went to the hospital because I wanted to make sure that I did not have a concussion. When it was my turn to see this so call doctor. He requested I take a shot for tetanus, but I was unsure of what it was. To which he answered “a shot for tetanus”. I asked what is tetanus and he walked away. I called my boyfriend to explain to him what just happened and when the doctor returned he refused to speak with me if my boyfriend was on the phone. I did not get off the phone because that’s ridiculous and he walked out again. I called one of the nurses and requested the CAT scan. He came back in and told me I was too young for that and it could cause cancer. I could have went home with bleeding in my brain and died. After I spoke with 5 different nurses he finally ordered the scan. I couldn’t believe this!

Very rude and unprofessional
Dr.Salazar came in very rude. I explained to him that I was having right pelvic pain and that the right side of my pelvis and stomach was very tender to touch and he tried to insinuate that I think that I’m pregnant and just want an ultrasound and when I told him that I don’t believe I’m pregnant because I am on birth control and not sexually active, he tried to say that I have an std or sti and all he’s going to do is give me a pregnancy test and a pelvic exam and that if I didn’t want that then he’d just discharge me. So I asked to be moved to another Dr who would listen to me because he refused. I also had others who were working around him advocate that he was wrong for his demeanor. The ultrasound in fact did show an issue. I do not recommend him at all. He is not empathetic or even kind enough to be a healthcare provider.

Had a car accident days before and was sent to the hospital again for concussion issues. He wanted my pants off and threw a fit publicly for my pants being on. He also said I didn't have a concussion but it was my thyroid. When I told the nurse I wasn't comfortable with his behavior and wanted a new doctor. She said what if we saw his PA and I agreed but he threw another fit in the hall. The nurse and the head nurse were speaking to him and he started to yell and said he wouldn't agree to that. I ended up having to be rechecked in to the ER for a new doctor where I found out I had a bad concussion and neurological issues. I was given medication.

Very rude. Tried pushing my mom out once and she had a blood clot in her leg. Today he tried pushing her out blaming COPD but clearly something other than that is wrong.

Went to the hospital after my walkin told me to go after he saw swelling in my throat and I could barely breathe without feeling of chocking or discomfort for several hours. This had been coming and going for over a month. I gagged when he tried to check with the tongue depressor so he gave up without really looking. I told him I could barely breathe or swallow without the feeling of choking and gagging. Said I was fine but tried to get me a CAT scan after rudely saying I didn't need it. We Left
