Listened to you and give you answers to your questions. Did not just blow you off. But really listened.

Dr Allan seems to be a person that truly cares about your health and very accommodating to listening to you, and how you feel and look at things. This is very important to me.

Everyone including the doctor and his Assistant were very professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk staff and the laboratory staff were so very nice and accommodating and I thank them very much for their assistance. I will definitely feel good about referring others to Innovative Family Medical Center. Thanks again.

When I called to have my thyroid medication adjusted, based on abnormal lab results, my concerns were not taken seriously.I was told that if I wanted special care and attention, I should make an appointment to have this issue addressed. I was expected to wait several business days until the doctor had time to review my lab work. My medication dose was too high and yet I was treated as if I was overreacting and expecting special attention.If I had not intervened on my own behalf, my medication would not have been adjusted in a timely manner.I am an RN and I'm well aware that a patient's concerns should not be dismissed as irrelevant and unfounded.Patients should not be treated in a condescending manner as if they are clueless about their own bodies.Patients are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.
